Printer's Tray Advent Calendar

Hello, Memory Bound friends!
The recent chill in the air is a reminder that the holidays are just around the corner. If you'd like to start a new tradition this year, I'd suggest making an Advent calendar. It's a fun and meaningful way to anticipate and celebrate Christmas.

Advent calendars can take many forms, but they typically feature a small door or window to be opened for each day of December leading up to Christmas. Behind each window there could be a verse, a portion of the Christmas story, or (depending on the type of calendar) even a small piece of candy or trinket.

An Advent calendar is a great project to create as a family. And checking the calendar each day of December will become a special family tradition!

If you would like to make an Advent calendar this year, stop in and take a look at our printer's tray Advent calendar! We have project instructions available to get you started. Our sample was made using paper from the Canvas Corp Christmas line, and you can customize the tray to fit your home decor using any of the wonderful Christmas papers we have available in the store.

You'll want to get started soon on your Advent calendar so it will be ready and waiting to go on December 1. In fact, it would make a wonderful weekend project!

Happy crafting!
Janet
