Card Idea Using Scallop Circles

Amanda created two cards inspired by an idea where you use scallop circle punches to make flowers.

1. Punch out the 2-3 scallop circles.
2. Cut into the center of the circles at each dip in the scallops to create flower petals.
3. Curl the flower petals around a pencil to round them and give them dimension.
4. Layer the scallop circles and attach embellishment in the center.
